2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use
When you hire us, we collect the following information:
* Salutation, first name, last name,
* a valid email address,
* Address,
* Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
* Information necessary for the successful performance of the contract.
This data is collected:
* to be able to identify you as our customer;
* to be able to advise you appropriately;
* to correspond with you;
* for invoicing;
* to process any liability claims that may exist and to assert any claims against you.
The data processing takes place at your request and is necessary according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the stated purposes for the appropriate processing of the order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations from the contract.
The personal data collected by us for the assignment will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period and then deleted, unless we are required by Article 6 Paragraph 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) are obliged to store it for a longer period of time or you have consented to further storage in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
Your personal data will be passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. This includes, in particular, passing on to educational institutions and their representatives as well as courts and other public authorities for the purpose of correspondence. The data passed on may only be used by the third party for the stated purposes.

4. Data subject rights
You have the right:
* According to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future;
* to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can obtain information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data was or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a Right to complain, the origin of your data, if not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if necessary, meaningful information about their details;
* Pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;
* Pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims is required;
* pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need them to assert, You need to exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
* in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person responsible and

2. Collection and storage of personal data and the type and purpose of their use
When you visit our website, Deutsche Juristenakademie.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website’s server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

When you visit our website, we use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

8.Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). The use takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website.
