Kursbeschreibung

Dies ist ein 12-monatiger Vorbereitungskurs auf das Zweite Deutsche Staatsexamen.

  • Die wissenschaftliche Struktur gewährleistet, dass Sie das deutsche Recht bis ins kleinste Detail verstehen und erlernen. Es hilft Studenten, nicht nur die Prüfung zu bestehen, sondern in Zukunft auch bessere Anwälte oder Juristen zu werden.
  • Sie lernen jede Woche 2 Mal je 3 Stunden Zivil-, Straf- und Öffentliches, Recht, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Prozess- und Verfahrensrecht und dem Verfassen von Anwaltsklausuren.
  • Die Deutsche Juristenakademie legt insbesondere höchsten Wert auf die Vermittlung und Vertiefung des Wissens der juristischen Relationstechnik, welche unabdingbar für die spätere herausragende Arbeit als Richter oder Rechtsanwalt ist.
  • Darüber hinaus haben Sie einmal pro Woche einen Übungstest mit einem folgenden Tag mit Prüfungsgesprächen.
  • Die Deutsche Juristenakademie wendet in allen ihren Lehrveranstaltungen ihre Falllösungsmethode und -Lehre an.

 Wöchentliche Live-Klassen

  • Sie werden sich Ihren Kommilitonen in Live-Online-Lehrveranstaltungen nschließen, die von den Dozenten und Experten der Deutschen Juristenakademie geleitet werden.  Das aufgezeichnete Kursmodul ermöglicht es Ihnen, die jeweiligen Module der einzelnen Kurse nach Belieben zu überprüfen.
  • Die Studenten haben Zugriff auf den Unterricht, unterstützende Dokumente, Übungsprüfungen und das gesamte Kursmaterial über das DJA Learning Management System, wodurch sichergestellt wird, dass die Lernerfahrung der Studenten messbar und organisiert bleibt.
  • Die Studierenden haben die Sicherheit, während des gesamten Kurses mit dem Dozenten zu interagieren.
  • Rechtsfälle, Rechtsakte, juristische Sprach- und Praxisprüfungen, die zu den jeweiligen Rechtsprüfungen gehören, sind alle Teil dieses Pakets.

 Wöchentliche Anforderungen

  •  2 Mal je 180-Minuten-Kurse
  •  5-stündige Übungsprüfung einmal pro Woche
  •  3 Stunden Übungsprüfungsdiskussion
  •  Absolventen erhalten nach Abschluss des Programms ein Zertifikat

 Kursarbeit

  • Vor dem Unterricht melden Sie sich bei der Online-Plattform an und können Aufgaben lösen, die in die Unterrichtsdiskussion einfließen.
  • Sie können von jedem Gerät aus online auf Kursarbeiten zugreifen.

 Peer-Meetings

  • Neben dem Absolvieren von Online-Kursen nehmen Sie an wöchentlichen Peer-Meetings teil.  Sie können die Rechtsfälle oder Problemstellungen mit anderen Mitgliedern Ihres Moduls diskutieren.  Dies wird Ihnen helfen, Herausforderungen vor dem Unterricht zu meistern und sich mit Ihren Kommilitonen zu vernetzen.rsen nehmen Sie an wöchentlichen Peer-Meetings teil.  Sie können die Rechtsfälle oder Problemstellungen mit anderen Mitgliedern Ihres Moduls diskutieren.  Dies wird Ihnen helfen, Herausforderungen vor dem Unterricht zu meistern und sich mit Ihren Kommilitonen zu vernetzen.

Immersion

  • Am Ende des Programms findet eine Immersion statt, die entweder in München oder Boston, MA, persönlich stattfindet.
  • Bei diesen persönlichen Erfahrungen treffen Sie Ihre Kommilitonen, vernetzen sich bei Veranstaltungen mit Dozenten und Experten und nehmen an praxisorientierten Lernübungen teil.
  • Sie tragen die Reise-, Unterkunfts- und Verpflegungskosten für die Immersion. Spezifische Details zu Hotelkosten und Standort können je nach Veranstaltung variieren.
  • Da es sich um ein Programm ohne Abschluss handelt, können wir internationalen Studierenden, die an einem Immersionsprogramm teilnehmen, kein Visa-Sponsoring anbieten.

*Während Immersionen in der Regel persönlich stattfinden, erfordern die anhaltende COVID-19-Krise und die damit verbundenen Reise- und Versammlungsbeschränkungen von Regierungen und Universitäten, dass wir mehrere bevorstehende Immersions im virtuellen Format durchführen.

 Vorteile des Programms

  • Immersion ist eine persönliche Veranstaltung, die es allen Mitgliedern ermöglicht, sich von Angesicht zu Angesicht persönlich zu treffen, sich mit Fakultäten und Dozenten während der Veranstaltungen zu vernetzen und an praktischen, geführten Lernübungen teilzunehmen.
  • Studenten dieses Programms können ein internationales Praktikum bei globalen Unternehmen und den besten und spannendsten Anwaltskanzleien der Welt erhalten.
  • Absolventen dieses Programms werden Mitglied des Alumni-Netzwerks der Deutschen Juristenakademie.
  • Absolventen dieses Programms haben eine vollwertige DJA-Mitgliedschaft für 1 Jahr.

2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use
When you hire us, we collect the following information:
* Salutation, first name, last name,
* a valid email address,
* Address,
* Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
* Information necessary for the successful performance of the contract.
This data is collected:
* to be able to identify you as our customer;
* to be able to advise you appropriately;
* to correspond with you;
* for invoicing;
* to process any liability claims that may exist and to assert any claims against you.
The data processing takes place at your request and is necessary according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the stated purposes for the appropriate processing of the order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations from the contract.
The personal data collected by us for the assignment will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period and then deleted, unless we are required by Article 6 Paragraph 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) are obliged to store it for a longer period of time or you have consented to further storage in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
