2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use
When you hire us, we collect the following information:
* Salutation, first name, last name,
* a valid email address,
* Address,
* Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
* Information necessary for the successful performance of the contract.
This data is collected:
* to be able to identify you as our customer;
* to be able to advise you appropriately;
* to correspond with you;
* for invoicing;
* to process any liability claims that may exist and to assert any claims against you.
The data processing takes place at your request and is necessary according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the stated purposes for the appropriate processing of the order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations from the contract.
The personal data collected by us for the assignment will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period and then deleted, unless we are required by Article 6 Paragraph 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) are obliged to store it for a longer period of time or you have consented to further storage in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
Your personal data will be passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. * Pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims is required;
* pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need them to assert, You need to exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
